ABOUT ME

Steph Rowe: From Business Brilliance to Purpose-Driven Impact

With over two decades of leadership in procurement and strategy, I’ve helped businesses save over $50 million, streamline operations, and implement meaningful, measurable change. My work has spanned industries—healthcare, civil, logistics, asset, and facilities management—offering me a holistic view of what makes organisations thrive.

But today, my journey is evolving.

While I remain committed to helping people and businesses unlock their full potential, my personal mission has shifted. I’m now focused on amplifying human stories, sparking deeper conversations, and driving cultural and social transformation.

I’m currently working on two exciting collaborative book projects—one a powerful poetry collection, the other a bold non-fiction exploration of growth and change. Both are rooted in shared experience and collective voice. I believe that storytelling—whether lyrical or raw and real—can influence hearts, minds, and even society.

In addition, I’m in the early stages of launching a conference designed to bring together thought leaders, changemakers, and curious minds. It will be a space for truth-telling, knowledge-sharing, and challenging the status quo—a catalyst for action and sustainable societal impact.

At my core, I remain a strategist, speaker, and problem-solver. But I’m also a creator, connector, and advocate for transformation—both personal and collective.

If you’re seeking someone who can blend commercial acumen with creativity, vision with action, and business experience with bold new ideas—I’d love to connect.

Let’s build something that matters.

If you're interested in collaborating, sharing ideas, or bringing meaningful projects to life, I'd love to hear from you—feel free to get in touch.

TESTIMONIALS

  • Lucy Novaro - My experience as a poet in World in Our Words

“Stephanie Rowe has inspired more than 22 poets from all around the World into writing this Wonderful Book The World in Our Words.  I am Lucy Novaro, one of the writers.

I am a Mexican poet and I have participated in this interesting and inspiring project.  In the making of this book I have met wonderful and creative poets from Australia, Canada, England UK, Brazil, United States, Mexico and Israel.

Working with Stephanie has been very exciting, and interacting with other poets is very enriching. The shared sensibility of writing  has been so interesting for me, especially to witness all the writing, editing, publishing and distribution.  Art in all its forms can make this world a better place.”

  • David Oliver Poet from The World In Our Words

“My experience with being involved in The World in Our Words has been a journey of growth and development for myself and others in the project.”

When the opportunity came to put forward my poetry with a view to being selected for inclusion in the book, I felt motivated to take it up.

I saw the post on Facebook with the details about the project and as many others were, I was in the habit of “doom scrolling” with a passive attitude to what I was seeing, but this post made me pay attention and I am so glad that it did.

I made the effort to send my poems and waited for a reply. The reply was a positive one, being that I was going to have my poems in the book, an international poetry anthology and I was so happy and excited having received the news.

The messenger group was created and grew as the other poets and the wonderful person, Stephannie Rowe, who was leading the project, communicated with each other. There were some difficult situations that arose through the process but they were resolved in time and the good energy permeated through resulting in everything working out in a hugely positive way.

I personally was able to link Stephannie with an independent book shop named Script Haven in the City of Worcester in the West Midlands of England which is owned and managed by a former Poet Laureate named Leena Batchelor. Copies of the book are now available to buy there.

I have been on two local Radio stations talking about the book and my involvement in it which has been a great experience for me and has increased my confidence in speaking and talking about myself which has been extremely beneficial.

I am hugely proud of myself and all others involved and feel great that such a positive project has made an impact on my life and the lives of others.”

  • Niamh Friel "The World In Our Words Review”

“An opportunity of a lifetime. I found myself hoping to break into the writing world and was constantly reminded that without credits, I would find it difficult to be taken seriously. As if by magic, the initial call out by Stephanie came across my timeline and that's where it all changed.

Working on The World in Our Words highlighted the importance of helping others, giving them a platform to share their work and the power of community. What started as an idea backed by faith turned into tangible proof of what happens when you refuse to let distance or experience limit you.

The World in Our Words was born of pure determination and support from Stephanie who's passion for writing and helping others share their work is a testament to her character. If you needed a reminder that anything is possible...look no further."

  • Terrica Strudwick Poet from The World In Our Words

“'Being given the opportunity to contribute a collection of my poetry to the first edition of The World in Our Words was both humbling and surreal. Seeing my words in print for the very first time filled me with immense gratitude and a deep respect for the chance to be included alongside such incredible poets and authors.

What made the experience even more special was the sense of community we created together, supporting one another and turning our shared dream into reality. Holding the published book in my hands for the first time was a proud and unforgettable moment, one that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

The World in Our Words is a brilliant collection of poetry from a diverse range of voices across the globe. It captures thoughts and experiences that resonate universally, offering something for every reader to connect with. The anthology beautifully brings together first-time writers alongside established wordsmiths, creating a tapestry of perspectives and styles.

One of its most powerful features is the inclusion of poems written in each poet’s native language, many thoughtfully translated. This adds depth, authenticity, and a true sense of place and belonging.

I highly recommend this anthology—immerse yourself in its pages and journey through the weaving of words from outstanding poets'.”

  • Jane Richards Poet from The World In Our Words

I couldn't ask to have collaborated with a more fabulous bunch of humans towards an amazing project. I would encourage anyone who has the opportunity to join the family and take part in this incredible journey to do so. Run, don't walk! You won't regret it”
